The service is available for all children and young people aged between 0 - 19 years living in the Cambridgeshire Primary Care Trust area bereaved in any way.

Services offered may be for pre -bereavement and post bereavement support and include:

  • Direct work with the child/young person and his/her family
  • Advice, information, resource sharing, guidance and training to you as parents/carers and to other adults involved in your child's life.
  • Signposting to appropriate agencies/services

Helping Yourself

Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to support children and young people at a time when as adults you are facing your own grief. If adults recognise their own needs and find help and support for themselves they are better able to support their children. If you feel that you need support for your own grieving, please contact your GP or Cruse
